- Separate Word document holding the detailed rules and conditions ("small print") for each type of permit are integrated with the permit. This makes changes to contents and formatting very easy.
- Often these types of permits require notification or approval by other departments like RCMP, Fire Department, Ambulance etc. Setting the check marks in the form automatically creates e-mails to the specific departments with basic information and the permit in its current state as an attachment: Review - accept or change - send.
