| Description: |
Duncan Electric Motors needed a way to maintain and predict the working order of individual sewage pumps located at stations all over Vancouver Island. To solve the problem, we developed a database that assists the company's inspectors in recording and reporting the condition of each pump.
The program is loaded onto a portable computer that can be taken into the field by an inspector who catalogues the necessary information. A detailed printed report shows all the technical information and outlines any necessary repairs or upgrades.
This database gives Duncan Electric an up-to-date history of each pump and provides an invaluable tool for keeping equipment running smoothly. |
