| Description: |
The Merlinus Meeting Master automates the entire process of creating an agenda
(complete with supporting documentation), processing minutes, and assigning and updating follow-up actions.
Transforms agenda to minutes with one click
The Merlinus Meeting Master provides a customized structure for quickly and logically entering agenda
items and supporting documentation. At the conclusion of the meeting, one click transforms the agenda
data into a minutes structure, which is easily altered and added to. Tasks for follow-up can also be
assigned at this stage.
Eliminates repetition
The previous system required copying the same or almost the same information repeatedly during various
stages of the reporting process. With the new system, the bulk of the information needs to be entered
only once.
Moves items from one meeting to another
When committees or commissions make recommendations that require board input, the recommendations
can be automatically channeled to board or council agendas, as illustrated in the diagram below.
Note: any number of committees can be accommodated.

Here's what happens at each of the three stages:
1. Agenda stage
Create the outline for a new agenda with one button click.
Adjust the headings and other constant text at any time.
Enter and classify items one by one under the outline sections.
Preview the agenda at any time. See exactly how it looks when printed or viewed online.
Distribute the agenda. Apply changes, additions, and deletions as needed.
2. Minute stage
After the meeting, convert the agenda to minutes with just one button click.
Adjust the headings and other constant text if necessary.
Add or change items, add resolution numbers, and indicate the result.
Preview the minutes at any time. See exactly how the minutes look when printed or viewed online.
Distribute the minutes. Apply changes as needed.
3. Follow-up
View follow-up notations online or print them.
View / print all or only certain items. Sort items.
Change the status from "active" to "concluded" after finishing the task,
or "diarize" items for long-term assignments.
