The Engineering department so liked what administration was doing with its council meetings database that they requested something similar for their committee meetings.

Challenge: Achieve similar results as administration with an adaptation of their program.

Solution: Find out exactly how the committee will be using the program and adjust it accordingly. Though customized for Engineering, this Windows application provides essentially the same functionality as the program for Council meetings. Some additional features were incorporated, such as, a flexible distribution module.
