This is a central registry for water, drain (storm), and sanitary service locations.

Challenge: The current database wasn't working the way it should. Could it be fixed so there'd be an efficient way to find, edit, add, or change all or any information pertaining to service locations within the municipality?

Solution: The old database foundation was inadequate; a new Access database application was designed to accommodate current information and expand with growth. Employees can now search an address and see exactly which services are installed, and where, on an individual lot or an entire block.
