This is a program that facilitates the distribution and approval of permits, such as, blasting permits, road closure permits, and water shutdown permits.

Challenge: Update a manual processing system heavily dependent upon handwritten notes, hard-copy filing, and snailmail distribution.

Solution: Merlinus created a database application that enables an employee to select the appropriate permit, make specialized notations, and send permit applications via E-mail to and from all relevant signatories.
