This program tracks employee training and certification which is either required or obtained.

Challenge: Keep track of who has what certification. Include renewal dates and updates.

Solution: Merlinus created an Access/SQL server database application. Names of employees were taken out of an existing database and connected to a new certification and training component. The data can be filtered and reported in many ways.
